Back on the home front, Americans helped by giving up goods needed by the military and buying war bonds. America started to mobilizing for the war so they could be prepared for the early battles. While the battles were going, life on the home front became something different. The U.S pushes back the axis and eventually the war is won in August 15, 1945.
